Treatment
My project will be a short story of a guy heading out to go fishing. It will start with him launching his boat in the early morning and heading out to his spot. Along the way I will include several angles and tracking shots as well as incorporate some “B-roll”. When he arrives at his destination I will create an establishing shot of the area and close with the man settling back into his chair with a fishing pole and drink. I plan to shoot live action footage for reference purposes and use a technique similar to rotoscoping to animate the short.
Production Schedule
Oct. 27: Import Recorded Footage and begin minapulating in Photoshop.
Nov. 3: Prepare outlines and color schemes
Nov. 10: Nearly half of item animations complete.
Nov. 17: Complete item animations
Dec. 1: Finish sound design and render out project.
